Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, Motion practice, negotiations, and court appearances.

Responsibilities:

•  Manage PI caseload from inception through settlement or trial
•  Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
•  Attend court appearances, depositions, and mediations
•  Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements

•  Active New Jersey Bar license (required)
•  0–5 years personal injury or litigation experience preferred
